okeep.auto
The same workshop. Fewer phone calls.
The customer checks the stage, the photos and the cost themselves instead of ringing. The quote is approved from their phone.
Try it freeOne job from both sides: on the left the texts that send themselves, on the right the screen the customer opens from the link. The car, the figures and the times are an example.

One job from both sides. On the left, three texts the workshop sends by itself: on Tuesday a confirmation of the Thursday appointment at two in the afternoon, on Wednesday at six in the evening a reminder for the next day, and on Thursday at 15:32 a message saying the car is ready to collect, with the link okeep.io/s/a2481. It is a plain text with a link — the customer installs nothing and signs in nowhere. On the right, the screen that link opens: a VW Passat B8, job number A-2481 with the 2.0 TDI engine, four stages out of four finished, the stage marked as collected and ready to collect, front pads and discs done, oil change done, three photos from the repair and a cost of 890 zł.
One day. Two workshops.
A Passat in for pads and discs. The same workshop, the same mechanic — once the way it goes today, once on okeep.
This is not a different program. It is your workshop, speaking up by itself.
The same day in two workshops. On the left, telephone calls: at nine the customer asks when the car will be ready and has to describe it from memory; at 11:40 the workshop explains out loud the difference between budget discs at 320 zł and ATE at 420 zł, and the customer asks for time to think; at two he rings again, and the car is standing still, waiting for a decision — six calls, no decision. On the right, the same things settled by text: at 8:15 a confirmation that the car has been taken in, with a link to the status; at 11:40 a quote with a choice of discs to approve; at 11:42 the customer picks ATE and approves it; at 15:30 a message that the car is ready — no calls, a decision in two minutes.
You talk to the customer. The job fills itself in
AI listens to your call and writes down as you go who is ringing, which car it is and what is going on. Free slots are on screen straight away — you read them out, without hunting through a calendar.
During the day the AI never speaks to the customer — it only listens and writes. After hours it picks up for you and books the visit.
We are taking on the first workshops for testing. Leave your number and we will come back to you when your turn comes.
A panel screen during a call. Job A-2482 fills itself in as the call goes on: customer Marek Kowalski, car a VW Passat B8 with the 2.0 TDI engine, symptom — knocking at the front under braking; every field ticked off. Below it the free slots: Thursday 14:00, Thursday 15:30 and Friday 9:00 free, Friday 11:00 taken. In the corner the call widget: the number +48 600 128 447, the timer at 1:12, AI listening. The feature is on the Pro plan and in testing.
The whole workshop on one screen
Jobs, bays, mechanics and how busy the ramps are, in one view. You know what is happening without walking the floor — and you plan the day instead of putting out fires.
On a phone, a tablet and a computer. Nothing to install.
The workshop's job board. Kowalski's VW Passat in bay 1 is in repair, Nowak's Toyota Corolla in bay 2 is on diagnostics, Wiśniewski's Opel Astra in bay 3 is ready, and Lewandowska's Škoda Octavia is booked in for tyres.
You order parts from the same screen
The wholesaler's price and stock sit in the job, ordering takes one click, and a return is settled in the same place — no phone calls, no copying part numbers across.
Wholesaler: Inter Cars — you connect your own account and buy on your own terms; further wholesalers are on the way.
Parts picked for job A-2481: ATE front pads from Inter Cars at 240 zł and Bosch front discs from Inter Cars at 320 zł, each line with a button to order it.

Common questions
Does my customer have to install an app?
No. The customer gets a text with a link and opens a page in their browser — status, photos, the quote and chat, with nothing to install.
Can I run the workshop from a phone alone?
Yes. The panel runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet and a computer — nothing to install.
My customer list is in another program. Will you move it?
Yes — import from RO App, Integra or an Excel/CSV file is built in, and at the start we help you through it live.
Do staff get their own accounts?
Yes. Owner, manager and mechanic have different permissions; you invite someone by text in a minute.
Can I issue a VAT invoice?
Yes — invoices and corrections, sent on to KSeF, with no gaps in the numbering.
I run a tyre shop. Is this for me?
Yes — when you sign up you pick the type of business, and the process fits itself to tyre work.
I run a car wash or a detailing shop. Is this for me?
Yes — when you sign up you pick the type of business, and the process fits itself to washing and detailing.
I have no time to set anything up.
Getting started takes a few minutes: you paste the link to your Google listing and the workshop's details fill themselves in. The rest we help you set up over chat.
Can I order parts from a wholesaler without leaving the system?
Yes. You pick the parts for a job, see the price and the stock, order in one click, and settle a return in the same place. It works with Inter Cars — you connect your own wholesaler account, so you buy on your own terms. Auto Partner and Hart are nearly finished.
okeep auto is built in a real workshop. We only make what genuinely helps the work.
Tell us what a day in your workshop looks like now
How many cars go through the bays, how many times a day the phone rings to ask when it will be ready, and what you run jobs in today. We will tell you what okeep.auto would change for you — and what it would not. You open the account yourself, without waiting for us.
